Welcome to Percheron Construction Group, Inc. (“Percheron”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website or engaging with our company, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Company Information
Percheron Construction Group, Inc. is a licensed general contractor based in Florida. We provide painting, waterproofing, concrete restoration, construction management, property maintenance, and related building services.

2. Services & Estimates
All estimates provided are non-binding until formal contracts are signed. Services rendered are subject to availability, scope, scheduling, and permitting. We reserve the right to decline projects that do not align with our licensing, capacity, or scope of services.

3. Website Use
The content on our website is for informational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission. We are not responsible for errors or outdated content.

4. Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in each client contract. Late payments may be subject to interest, work stoppages, or legal action. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Licensing & Insurance
Percheron Construction Group, Inc. operates under proper licensing and maintains general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Clients may request proof of licensure and insurance at any time.

6. Subcontractors
We may use trusted subcontractors for portions of work. All subcontractors are required to carry appropriate licenses and insurance. 

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide notice of cancellation at least [24] hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of deposit or additional fees. Weather-related delays may affect scheduling but will not void the contract.

8. Warranties
Workmanship warranties vary by service and will be outlined in the contract. Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable. Damage from misuse, neglect, or third-party work is not covered.

9. Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted work.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
